Vacation Rental Damage Protection/Security Deposit:
A-List Vacation Rentals & Management offers two options to protect our homes from damage.

We offer *Vacation Rental Damage Protection. As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection insurance plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. This is a $37 non-refundable fee. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply.

*Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance policy www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g20vrd . The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly A-List Vacation Rentals & Management any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage.

*In addition to other terms and conditions of your Vacation Rental Damage policy, please be aware that it does not cover excess cleaning or garbage left at the vacation home after your stay. By signing this agreement you authorize A-List Vacation Rentals & Management to charge the card on file for excess cleaning and excess garbage hauling. Excess garbage is considered more than what will reasonably fit into 2 exterior garbage cans per week.

We also offer the option to pay a security deposit at the time of payment which would then be reimbursed to you after you have vacated the property and the home has been inspected and found to be left in the condition it was in prior to your stay. The reimbursement takes 7-10 business days. Security deposit prices vary depending on the home you are staying in.

Check-In/Out Times:
Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. Please honor these times so that our cleaning team can keep schedule and prepare the home for the next guest.
